It was a beautiful day. Blackstripe thought so at least. She was sitting on the sunning rocks, basking in the sun. To describe the weather more exactly, there was a light wind that carried the scent of flowers, an uncovered sun, and a feeling of coldness to keep away to much heat. The sun rocks were warm and Blackstripe had gotten up early to grab them.
There was just two things that Blackstripe had to complain about. The first thing was morning dew. What was the point of getting up early to grab the rocks before patrolling or hunting only to have them covered in a wet, liquid substance by the time she arrived. Morning dew usually made her happy, as the greenery or snow always shined brighter with a coating a dew, but today she was thinking that it was rather annoying.
The second thing that was nagging Blackstripe was company. She had been lacking social engagement for quite a while. Partially because she hadn't been on as many patrols as usual, and partially because she didn't exactly have a bucket load of friends to hang out with anyway. She was kind of hoping someone would show up, then mabey they could hunt together, go on border duty together, or bask in the sun until someone needed something done. Any of the possibilitys would have been fine for the she-cat.
Blackstripe pondered on her life for a moment. If she could fix up a few things in her life she would, some things she actually could, but was too lazy to do, and some things were habits to be broken and then others were just natural flaws that couldn't be fixed even if the young she cat had bothered to try. Blackstripe thought she heard a noise "Hello?" she called. "Is anyone there"
